How the LLC formation process works

 

• After you order, we prepare a document for you to e-sign which enables us to obtain your EIN. 
   

• We prepare & file the Articles of Organization using your address while also designating us as your registered agent in Rockland County.
   

• We prepare your operating agreement so all you have to do is sign and keep with your LLC records. 
   

• We deliver your Articles, Filing Receipt, and EIN to you within one business day or less. We provide the fastest service in NY. 
   

• We prepare & place your legal notices in Rockland County (2 newspapers for 6 weeks) where it's much cheaper to publish (we save you up to $1,000). After completion of the 6 weeks, we obtain affidavits from the newspapers.
   

• We prepare and file the Certificate of Publication with the state and pay the required $50 state fee.
   

• After the state processes the Certificate of Publication, we email you the official state-issued Filing Receipt. The Filing Receipt is the only official proof of completion of the publishing process issued by the state. The timeline for delivery depends on which option you chose at checkout.
   

• We continue our great registered agent service for one (1) full year from the date of your order for FREE. After that, you'll be automatically charged just $99 per year unless and until you cancel with no further obligation.

• We offer a payment plan that breaks up your total amount due into 4 easy payments, one payment each week. Just select "payment plan" at checkout.
